Murchison Falls National Park

Murchison Falls National Park is one of the largest in Uganda with a stunning habitat for a variety of wildlife. The park has numerous tracks which you can take as you search for the various animals in the area including the Delta area near Lake Albert and the entire northern bank of the river Nile with possibilities of sighting lions, hyenas, Leopards, herds of Elephants, Cape Buffaloes, and Antelopes, Giraffes.

The park hosts the meandering Victoria Nile and thundering Murchison falls which fall about 43 meters and an almost resident rainbow at the ‘Top of the falls’ which is one of the highlights of the visit to Murchison Falls National Park

Kidepo Valley National Park

Kidepo Valley National Park is a remote hidden gem in Uganda with the most beautiful wild experience, beautiful sunrises, and sunsets across the scenery. The semi-desert park has two seasonal rivers namely Kidepo and Narus in the rainy season. During the rains, you will easily find animals all over the park and in the dry season, you will find them around the water points.

Kidepo Valley National Park is home to over 77 mammal species inclusive of the largest pride of lions, herds of buffaloes, giraffes, Zebras, Cheetahs, Kobs, Elands.

Queen Elizabeth national park

Queen Elizabeth National Park found in western Uganda with one of the best bio-diversities ever recorded in all of Africa. Boasting to over 600 bird species, Queen Elizabeth National Park is paradise to bird-life enthusiasts

The park is home to over 95 mammal species which include Lions, Elephants, Buffaloes, Leopards, Hyenas, bush pigs, Warthog, waterbucks, bushbucks, Hippos and home to 6 monkey species.

The Ishasha area in the south of the park is home to the tree-climbing lions that are often found relaxing in the fig trees after the night and early morning hunting.

Lake Mburo National Park

Lake Mburo National Park is the smallest of the Savannah park with a diversity of plants and animals protecting several species of mammals and birds. Game drives in Lake Mburo are not for long compared to other parks thus preference is to have walking safaris with the other option being horse rides and cycling tours.

The national park entirely surrounds a lake within its borders and is home to the Impala, the Zebra with its calmness, Giraffes, Buffalos, Antelopes, Leopards, and Hyenas which are mostly seen on a nocturnal game drive.
